Kate Benson is the International Director of Education for the Society of NLP and a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP. Kate founded Matrix Essential Training Alliance in 1999 to promote the leading edge work of Dr Richard Bandler and to develop the application of NLP in Educational settings both in the UK and overseas.

Kate is a nationally recognised trainer in the Education Sector. She is an expert in utilising NLP in teaching and learning.
